This is a review prototype using a saved public-data snapshot, not a live terminal. The candidate filter tests publication within 24h, detection-to-publication within 15 minutes, a valid reference within two minutes of publication, and reference liquidity of at least $10K. These are data eligibility rules, not a safety review or proof of alpha. No production token is removed by this experiment.
